If you visit What A Find! from out of the area, we encourage you to spend some time in our beautiful Fairhaven seaside village. We can recommend many wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious lunch of any fare (although seafood is the specialty).
Fairhaven boasts a rich history and the center of town offers a 'little bit of Europe' with the magnificent splendor of its architectural delights. The center also
offers several unique gift shops.
Fairhaven is a fishing village and is home to one of the largest shipyards on the East Coast. Fort phoenix State Reservation preserves the history of the American Revolution and the Civil War.
Across the bridge you'll find the New Bedford Whaling Museum. It was once the 'city that lit the world'. A wonderful excursion!
If you enjoy 'antiquing' New Bedford Antiques at Wamsetta Place is a great place to spend some time. It is also home to the New Bedford Glass Museum.
So please come, spend the day in the area....but come see us first!
We look forward to meeting you!
